| Greenhouse This committee is responsible for maintaining the greenhouse. This means watering and fertilizing plants as well as pulling weeds. You have to take care of the greenhouse.

Fundraising Help to get students excited about fundraisers by creating some kind of competition between classes help choose and coordinate fundraisers.

| Career Development
Event Organize announcements about contests. Promote member participation in contests. Coordinate with the publicity committee to publicize results etc…Also may assist in training teams. Organize award presentations for the FFA banquet.

Scrapbook This committee is responsible for making a club scrapbook. In this committee you will have to toke pictures of all events and make pages to go in the club scrapbook. You must also help the historian to compile a history of SHS FFA.

| Publicity You must assist the reporter in publishing a newsletter and upkeep of the SHS FFA website, coordinate with the local newspapers, radio, and T. V. Must have good writing abilities and/or speaking abilities.

Banquet Organize the banquet, gather donations, decorate, arrange the guest speaker, send invitations to VIP, type and print program, help with deciding the menu.

for America Organize programs for young children to teach agriculture and hands on activities.

Aggie
Day This committee is responsible for planning aggie day activities and setting up and cleaning up at aggie day
|
| Recreation This committee chooses the recreation for all meetings. They are responsible for set up and clean up of recreation activities. This also includes any other recreational events we have throughout the year

Recruitment Coordinate with officers and administrators to go to middle school and present a recruitment presentation. Members of this committee must have or be able to wear official dress, demonstrate good public speaking skills and some computer knowledge is helpful (word processing and power point or Corel presentation).

Refreshment This committee is responsible for choosing refreshments and preparing them for meetings and other events. You have to set up refreshments and pick up after the event is over.
